  3. Excuse me... the pastry i do it myself.. and the jam my mum cook... HUH,, my husband sleeping... the pastry from 360gm plain flour mix with 50gm icing sugar .. add in cold butter.. i put SCS butter of 250gm then after well mix put in 1 egg yolk and mix ito dough .. in plastic you see is i make 78 portion and put in the fridge while waiting to make it as tarts

  4. Sorry, saw the 'tepung' on the plastic bag and thought it refers to ready-mixed pastry. They are lovely and I am very sure they taste fabulous..

  5. Welcome... let me know if you still need more information.. as need longer time to cook pineapple jam . you can get ready make pineapple jam at baking store, then you only do your own pastry and place the pineapple jam in the middle
